I can no longer access my bank account using Safari. When I try I get the attached message -
I can access my account using Chrome or Firefox. Has Safari got a bug?

Empty Caches.
Safari > Preference > Advanced
Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.
Remove website data.
Safari > Preferences > Privacy > "Remove All Website Data".

Does anyone know why cached data would cause too many redirects?
I have just purchased a new Mac Air and have immediately had the problem with webpage failure "Too Many Redirects" . This applies to almost all web addresses including apple.com so I cannot use the internet at all.
I have tried the solution set out and it does NOT work at all. I am at a loss to know what to do next except to return the new MacAir to Apple and ask for my money back.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
