How to set date and time with Voiceover in calendar

Hi!

When i need to make a new event in my calendar I need to set the time for the event, on a wheel-looking object. With Voiceover I cant do it. I use 3 fingers to scroll but it moves so quickly that it goes from 1 to 23 for example when I want 3.How can I set the time with Voiceover? Is there any other calender app that let´s me set the time diffrently without the wheel?
