How can we turn on/turn off diagnostic data to the App Developers?

Hi, we all know when you launch an app say Apple Maps or Google Drive, it will ask you a question like, "Would you like to send anoumous data to (the app developer) to help us improving the customer experience?"

So, some of us decided to turn it off/on when we see the message, but it is not clear to me how we can reverse the decision later on.

Anyone can help? Do we have such option? Thanks.
