Slot Load iMac G3 Fuse Blown?

I just replaced my hard drive. I put back the two memory boards but when starting, the only sound was a boop! I checked the memory boards and one was hot. I re inserted it and now I get nothing. Could i Have blown a fuse. and just where is the fuse? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
