Q: Can I Share Itunes between computers when not at home and not both computers are turned on?

I have my Itunes library on my desktop IMac. Just bought a Mac laptop and want to have Itunes library on both computers. I figured out how to home share, but I want to be able to access my library on my laptop when not at home. Can I do this?
