Q: My apple account stated that it is not valid in the U.S. store and instructed me to switch to Philippine store before I can download. What gives and how can I switch to Philippine store?

HI. I was trying to download some apps but there was this notification which stated that my account is not valid in U.S. store and instructed me to switch to Philippine Store.  I did not register in the U.S. store ever so how can I switch to Philippine store?  There was no further instructions on my iphone on how to deal with my concern.  Please help. Thanks.
