can not write to my smb share from mac osx 10.8.2 client

here is the issue

Im workin in a mixed environement the setup is the following :

A samba 4 AD domain controle that provides file share for windows an mac clients in a professional environement.

The server is based on Debian 7 wheezy. and is supposed to provide file share for clients computers.

all my windows based clients computers acces the smb share and have respective write acces to the shared folders.

The mac clients are binded to the domain an i can read/edit file permissions from the mac client and also have acces to the network users (from Directory Utility).

My issue is that i can acces the smb shares but not write to them. the file permissions regarding the users seems to be ok as my test user have read/write acces to the share. any way the mac os client can not write to the share.
