I have entered all the details for my btinternet.com address into Mail and each time I try although I can send messages, I am not able to receive any.  If I send an email to myself it shows up when I log into BT.Yaho on the web but not in Mail.  Have never gotten my bt account to work on Mail.  Is this a common problem or am I making a fundamental error in setup?  Help much appreciated.
