How do I get movies saved on my IPAD onto my new computer and added to my ITUNES library?

I recently purchased a MacBook Air and when I sync my IPAD, I cant seem to transfer the movies I already have on there to the new computer or get all my ITUNES library transferred from my old computer to the new, can anyone help?
