Purchased songs won't sync

Recently suffered a hard drive crash. Restored from Time Machine backup, but none of my purchased songs will now sync to my iPod. They play fine in iTunes, the computer is authorized, the songs are checked, the iPod is not full, I've reset wanings, I don't get any error message, they just don't sync.Any ideas?
