My MacAir (and my iMAC Internet performance seems to be degrading. It was intermittnt, but more and more it's becoming the norm. Are there any legitimate tools I can use to "clean up" my systems? I've seen stuff about applications like MacKeepr, and want to make sure I'm using the right tool(s) or methods.

"MacKeeper" is a scam.
If network performance is slowing down on two different computers at the same time, then it's almost certainly a problem with your router or your ISP.
