iPhone 5 has coloured lines across the screen and still does after screen replacement

i dropped my iphone 5 and the screen cracked, dropped it again a week later and lots of lines appeared on the screen as the picture shows. i replaced the screen and the issue is stil there. anything i can do without having to pay apple for a new one?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1

As iPhones are not user serviceable, we cannot provide you with any information. By not having Apple replace your screen, you have forfeited all support for that phone.

I suggest you find a 3rd party repair shop at this point, or perhaps look at ifixit.com.

We can provide you with no more help on this forum.
