Security Questions for my Appleid

Recently, I aquired a itunes giftcard and was planning on buying some music. Then, I was asked to answer some securty questions because I had also recently reset my ipod after forgetting the lock-password. So, here is my problem:

1. I forgot the questions

2. The email I verified to contact if I forgot the questions is no longer working.

I will provide my information if I can reset the forgotten-questions-email to a newer one that is another one I use for school. I have tried all day to work this situation out but to no avail.
