I cannot get my CD to eject. I have tried rebooting and holding down the left mouse and that did not work. Any suggestions?

Pull out the optical drive from Mac Pro and stick the paper clip into manual eject hole on the drive to eject.
Try these options:

This won't eject it, but I am willing to bet your CD has a paper label. Mine eventually spewed out the CD after about three hours. I believe the added thickness of the label is keeping the media in the drive. This happens to my 2010 iMac, but the same CD or DVD works fine in my old G5 iMac. I just think the tolerances are a bit too tight.. In the future, don't put in media with paper labels. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I feel your pain.
