I can't take music off my dad's iPod... help!

Both me and my dad have iPods. I was having to put new music onto his iPod that I had downloaded for him... and I forgot 2 transfer my music out. Now, I can't get my music (which he hates) off his iPod. He doesn't have any of his music left on it. I have all the music in files on the computer, but... I can't get my music off his iPod, or out of the library. How do I do this?
Please answer 🙂

Hello,
What happens is you probably have his iPod set to "Automatically Update Songs and Playlists"
Under iPod Options (right-click iPod on left hand side menu comes up and click ipod options)
Click the Music Tab. Changed to "Only update Selected Playlists"
Then select the playlists (that have is music in it) and deselect the ones that have your music in it and iPod will update removing only those songs/playlists... and adding only the ones you selected for his iPod.
This is how me and my mom manage to share the same library. We both have our iPods set this way so we can only add what we want onto our pods.
