I just got a new MacBook Air...

I just got a new MacBook Air, and I have an iPhone 4s. I created an iCloud account on both but my music and photos from my phone are not on my laptop. Is there a way to do this?

If you do not have access to the iTunes Library on your Old computer... or its Backup...
