Q: itunes is running in compatibility mode, I follow directions to turn it off but there is no compatibility button in properties, can anyone help

I have done everything that these instructions tell me to do but there is no compatibility button to turn on or off. Help!!!!!

I have this problem also. I using the link but i don't have a compatibility tab.
