If you are producing 110 volts to supply the computer's AC adaptor, then it should be OK.
I would verify with the inverter's manufacturer that it is suitable for use with computers and their power adaptors. Also, be sure the inverter provides adequate power.
It produces 2500 watts - BUT their manual says to check with the computer manufacturer... worst case, I guess I fry a power supply.

It won't likely fry it, but it might run hotter. However, I would not anticipate a problem with near-sine wave output. As long as the ripple is fairly low and the AC well-filtered it should be OK. We power ham equipment with such large inverters. Much like a computer.
