I have the serial number and have enabled automatic deletion because the ipod was locked, but Apple would like to inform that disenrolled the serial number. Simply click on "Unregister"? or need to do something else?

- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order
You can find your S/N in iTunes or on the box/packaging your iPod came with. I would look there.
