Q: I have an appt with the apple store today and they said I should backup my data but when I select file devices the option to update is grayed out and not an option?
I have an appointment with the apple store today and they suggested I backup my ipod but when I choose devices the option to update is graded out. Is this an automatic update on my classic ipod?
