iCal or similar

I have been searching for a calendar that works both on the iPad, iMac and Windows Vista and is synchronized at the same time.

Does anyone know of such a calendar?

iMac (24-inch Early 2008), Mac OS X (10.7.3), NTFS usb hard drive
