stuck in bootcamp

Hi there,

I switched to bootcamp from ML and now cannot get out of it.

I have restarted holding option key, no joy and then tried holding down x and windows asked me to load up windows 7 or diagnostic.

I tried to find control panel to switch back in windows with no luck.

can someone point me in the right direction please.
