I just pre-ordered Drake's NTWS album and there was a song available. My itunes credit was not deducted and the song is nowhere! When i check the album it says that I pre-ordered it and that I purchased the single but I haven't been deducted and I didn't download the song either! Any type of help would be useful!

I found a couple of resources that might help with downloading this purchase.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted. You can use the steps in this article:

If the song does not download after following the steps in that article, I recommend trying to download the song from the list of past purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the album, you will not be charged again. You can find the steps to do this in the section titled "Apps, Books, Music, Movies, or TV shows on a computer" in the following article:

When you pre-purchased the album, it did state that you're account would be deducted on the actual release date. I purchased the album as well, and received the one song available for download, up until today. My account has been deducted as of today.
