I can't see my contacts on icloud.com

I can't see any contacts when I open the folder CONTACTS on icloud.com

All the options iCloud are activated on my iPhone so I don't understand why my contacts are not saved on icloud.com

Any suggestion?

You might want to consider starting a new discussion. Since this one is a couple of years old, less people are likely to look at it. A new post would be much more visible. You can link to this one.

Are they iCloud contacts? See randers4 post above.

If we do have contacts in those other groups (Google, exchange, and Facebook, in my case) how do we get those to sync with iCloud? Do I need to re-enter all my contacts' information directly into iCloud or is there an easier way to get my groups into iCloud? (In other words, I'd like a big, master group of contacts on iCloud.) Thank you for your help!

You can try this:

  1. Go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off, choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (they will still be in iCloud).
  2. Download the app My Contacts Backup. Use this to backup the remaining contacts on your phone (from the other accounts/groups) as a vCard attachment to an email that you send to yourself. Confirm that you have received the email.
  3. Go to Settings>iCloud and turn Contacts back to On.
  4. Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section), set this to iCloud.
  5. Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars...tap each of your accounts (Google, exchange, etc.) and turn off contacts syncing with these other accounts.
  6. Open the My Contacts Backup email and tap the attachment to import the contacts from the other groups back to your device and to iCloud.

(I'm not sure if this works with Facebook contacts or not.)

Impressive.

I walked through those steps and it looks like it worked. Thank you very much!

Just to make sure I understand . . . if I occasionally create new contacts in my exchange account, will I need to periodically follow these same steps to sync the new exchange contacts with iCloud? (When possible, I will create new contacts in iCloud.) By the way, it doesn't look like the Facebook contacts were included in the sync. (Not a big deal.)

Thanks again!

You're welcome. You are correct; changes to your exchange account contacts will not sync to iCloud. If you create new contacts in your exchange account you will need to manually add these to iCloud. I wouldn't repeat this process to add them as this will add all your exchange contacts again, resulting in duplicates. Either manually add the new exchange contacts to iCloud or export them as vCards and import these to your contacts, either on icloud.com or by tapping them on your iOS device.
