I have been unable to download the update for iTunes, in have windows 8. I don't understand what the problem is I have tried everything I know to do but nothing works it keeps coming up error your computer isn't compatible. Error code 2324!!! I need help please!!

Keeps saying installer has encountered unexpected error installing package. This may indicate a problem with the package. error code 2324????
Anti-Virus software you ahve is blocking some files from Itunes, Switch off Anti-virus and try install again. If that fails then remove Antivirus, install ITunes and re-install Antivirus should work fine.
I have Windows 8 and I can't update my iTunes?? HELP!?!
