I have an ipod nano. I have two apple id accounts. I just downloaded an album from itunes using the newer id account that I haven't used for this ipod. Is there a way to sync the ipod to that account so I can get that album on the ipod?

If you mean Apple IDs, put all the content in a single iTunes library or see below. If that library contains content from more than five Apple IDs, iTunes may not allow the iPod to be fully synced.
