When installing apple tv update it asked whether I wanted to install HBO GO or not. Without thinking I answered no. Now I want to use it. How can I reinstall the update and get HBO GO?
The Apple TV does not support installing apps. App availability is determined by region.
I understand it comes with the software update. It is available in my country. I am using it on my iPad.
The problem is I answered not to install by mistake when updating software few months ago.
What version of iOS is running on the ATV? I suspect if anything you declined the 5.3 update.
There is no way to decline installing HBO Go or any other app on the ATV.
