my question is about related new ios 7 beta.
if i purchase new iphone 5 not 5s from middle east or any other country in the world so can i update him on the spot even i change the distination after purchase the device from middle east.

Please don't post here about beta software. There are confidential forums set aside for developers to use. Developer Forums. If you are a paid developer or seed tester then it's a violation of your NDA to post in these forums. If you aren't a developer or seed tester then you have an illegal copy.
iOs 7 will be available for dowload on Spetember 18th. The iPhone 5s will come with iOS7 preinstalled so there is no need to update.
The iPhone is not available in Pakistan.
