movies
i recently purchased a movie and now that it has downloaded it says it cannot be added to my ipod. so now i have no use for the movie and want to return it or something.

If you are attempting to sync the movie to your iPod nano, most likely the movie is not natively compatible for this device. However, you can create an iPod version of that movie. Once this is done, you can sync this version to your iPod. To create an iPod version in iTunes select to movie from your list, select File > Create New Version > Create iPod Version.
