Q: Digital Copy Download - New codes come back invalid

I have three digital copy plus codes, all brand new movies and the download hasn't been used but when going to digital copy plus it asks me to select a provider.  When I select iTunes it sends me to iTunes FAQs and when I follow the process for redeeming the code in iTunes they all say invalid.  All the help items i've found on support haven't been much help at all but tells me things I'm already doing.
