Q: I have set a login banner accrding "http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4788" . But after accepting login banner when i enter username and password it takes some time to authenticate , meanwhile this login banner come back. so i have to accept it multiple time

But after accepting login banner when i enter username and password it takes some time to authenticate , meanwhile this login banner come back. so i have to accept it multiple time.Is there any way to restrict it to show only once.
