Bonjour service has been disabled Bonj

I have Windows 7 and I cannot Sync my ipad I have had an error message saying that Bonjour Service has been disabled and it tells you to go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services to Re-enable it. Tried this but got another Error box saying Windows could not start the Bonjour Service on a local computer. Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.
