My Ipod will not play. Ther is a screen showing it is OK to disconnect, however, nothing happens. I can't even turn it off.

My Ipod classic appears to be locked. The screen is displaying it is OK to disconnect but I can't get it to do anything?

Any Suggestions?

Try and reset the iPod or you can also restore it to see if anything changes.
