Full-function file manager for iPhone

I am looking for a full-function file manager app for my iPhone 5, one that shows all of my user-created files. I also a need a similar capabilty for my Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 machines. When I create a file on my iPhone 5, either in an app or through an onboard iOS utility (like, for example, notes, voice notes (and audio recordings), videos, still photos, albums, galleries, and any other folders (= directories), I need to see them from Windows when my iPhone is connected via USB. I need to be able to move any and all user-created data files back and forth, via USB, between the iPhone and the Windows computer. I tried File Manager Pro, and it does not provide this capability. iTunes and the Cloud are also unsatisfactory. (They're clumsy and awkward, and do not give me the simple but precise control that I want.) I need a simple file manager (like Windows Explorer) that sees my user-created files on my iPhone (when it's connected via USB) and allows me seamlessly to move files back and forth. (The "Get Files" and "Import" functions of Windows Explorer see only photos and videos in the Camera Roll, which they sometimes corrupt. Windows Explorer also does not allow me to move files to my iPhone.)

Nothing like what you wish is available. iOS is simply not designed that way. Every app and all its content lives in a closed off sandbox, isolated from all other apps and content. So no one tool can surf through them all and pull out your files like you want to. It simply is not possible for any such tool to be designed as the iOS design precludes any such tool accessing anything but its own sandboxed space on the iOS device.

If that sort of function is vital to you, then you do not want an iOS device.

For security reasons, the iPhone does not have a user accessible file system, so the sort of software you want does not exist. iPhone does not have a USB Mass Storage mode, so you cannot freely move files back and forth as you would with a USB drive for instance.

Certain parts of the file system are available in certain circumstances via certain methods.

It might do some of what you want, but it won't give you full, unrestricted access to the whole iOS file system.
