    To do what?

     

    Are you trying to use the internet connection on the S3 as a hotspot for the iPad? If yes, I would use WiFi instead.

     

    The iPhone has a limited number of Bluetooth profiles and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is not one of them so you cannot pair them to transfer files, photos, etc.

     

    If I could ask, how did your response to yourself, saying "Please reply", solve your problem?
