Hi all
had the computer for 3 hours, left to grab somthing and came back to the computer to find its locked and i can not do anything with out the pass word.
i have tried every password i can think of but still nothing.
anybody know how to get by this?

brand spanking new i mac 21.5 inch
i turned it of and restarted it, pumped in many paswords and in the end it let me put in a new pass word so it works but now i have some keychain issue...
When you reset the password, the keychain was also reset to an empty one.
To fix your Keychain problems, go to your Utilities folder and open Keychain Access. Follow the steps here: Mac OS X: Keychain Access asks for keychain "login" after changing login password.
As it says, if you do not remember your original login or keychain password, your only alternative is to delete the Keychain. That means you will need to provide any passwords you used for such things as Mail accounts and websites that would otherwise be automatically provided by Keychain. You will only have to do that once.
