I just got a new computer, but I want my old iTunes... how do I get it all back without having to do all the work again. This *****. I lost all my data! HELP!

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..
