May I delete my account?

Please I am so sorry to delete and download app , I need my account to be deleted because I have so many iCloud hidden purchases that will not be removed, Thank you . I am sorry to purchase anything . I should ask my mom first , that i could buy stuff. My account will be deleted please , Thank you.
