I know that ios 7 is coming out tomorrow but do u no what time will it be literally 12:00 am or like at. 9:00 am pls help

I think iOS 6 was around 5 or 6 pm UK time, and I expect that it will be similar for iOS 7 tomorrow. But the servers are likely to be busy for the first day or two, especially during peak hours.

Nobody knows. It'll be released when Apple release it.

Keep an eye on Twitter. From previous years, that seems to be a good source for when it actually becomes downloadable.
