How do I set up a repeating event that only occurs when there is a fifth sunday in the month

this issue has been bugging me for quite some time now, it would seem so simple for apple to include the possibility of a 5 in the box for frequency, I am not good at coding so don't know how to get into the nitty gritty of adapting ical personally, has anyone got any advice?
