Hi,
A very simple case; We want to delete the purchased items in Appstore but we can not it.WHY?
iPad, iOS 6.1.3, ipad4
You can't permanently delete any items from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them (so they won't show in the Purchased links for re-downloading) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
As far as I know Apple haven't said why, but one reason may be to prevent people accidentally deleting them and then having to contact Apple to get them reinstated so that they can be redownloaded for free.
