I have a big problem with my wi-fi : I can't us it, actually I can't even turn it on or turn it off. I bought an Iphone 4s 5 weeks ago and I changed it because of some troubles with the screen. Now it's a new one and it's happened yesterday. I saw in many websites thats because of the 6.1.3 of iOS but I don't know exactly.
