I do not have access to my computer or ITunes on my computer at this time. Is there any way to download a pre purchased album strait to my IPhone without downloading it to my computer first?

Yes my itunes account is working because I downloaded one of the songs individually off the songs tab in Itunes. if I do this on all the songs the album in turn will cost more and a few of the song are only available if u buy the whole album (which I have already Pre Purchased this album). I have recived the e mail and when I click on the link with my IPhone it takes me to my regualar ITunes App on my phone where it instructs me in the email to go to menu and check for available downloads. The only problem witht that is there is no place on the ITunes app to check for avavaliabel downloads.

This seems to only work if you have downloaded the music on another divice or downloaded it as soon as you buy it. I am trying to download a pre ordered album that became available today for download and has not been downloaded to any of my devices yet.
Nothing has worked so far. The album is available today so it is no longer in the pre-ordered music on itunes. When i go to the actual album in itunes it just says purchased but will not give me the option to download the alubum.
Yes, iTunes app > More... > Purchased
Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi for smooth downloading
Try iTunes > More... > Download
or
iTunes > Music > scroll down to Pre-Order New Music
Then download by purchasing (Apple kept record of the transaction, if you have already paid for it, you won't be double charged).

ITunes will not let me "purchase it" the Purchased icon will not do anything when i press it when i go the album.
If I go to songs it will let me individually download these song off the album but will that cost me more or will the credit my account back?
Are you on Wi-Fi?
Is your iPhone Apple ID working at all?
Can you download a free app?
I am pretty sure I should just wait till I get home and download this on to my computer at home. Thanks for trying to help.
