why does the iphone have to have those useless apps that must of us dont need such as, stocks, news stand, and a few others?

I own an iphone and it really bothers me that there are apps on my phone that take a lot of memory space and can't be deleted.

I dont use them, i dont need them.

My phone says that it has 16Gb of memory but i can only use 14GB.

wouldnt it be easier for people to just download what they need when they need it instead of putting all those usless apps?

News stand, Stocks, Game Centre, Reminders, Voice Memos.

We all pay for this, shouldnt we get a choice on what we want to have on our phones?

I do agree though that if the user doesn't wish to have them at all, there should be a way to remove them. It is OUR device, we should get to decide what we can have on our screens or not.

I don't disagree. However, you'd be hard pressed to find a phone that doesn't have apps on it that you'll never use. The golf game that came on several of the Android phones I have particularly irked me. I find it easier to hide apps from my sight on my iPhone. And, I've learned to accept. 🙂

Best of luck.

I was teasing LeAnn about the fact that she only has two pages of apps. I'm an app junky. I will not admit in public to the number of weather apps on my phone. I haven't had only two pages of apps on my phone since the brief period of time between when I activated it and when I put my previous phone's back up onto it.

Best of luck.
