Q: how i can download in 480p. coz i have slow connections

i am a itunes U user. now you might got the idea what is my problem.

i am learning from "calculus one" course. and it provides 720p quality.

and i have download speed of 60 kb/s. and 40 kb/s upload.

just to download 11 minute video (154 mb). i have to do waiting upto 1 & half hours.

its no fun using itunes u due to this. if i can download 360p or 480p like youtube allows viewing.

i dont care if i can even preview that free videos at 360p or 480p online its okay as it will atleast take much less time.

please do help for me.
