Enable Multitrack Recording

In Garage band, Enable Multiprack Recording does not show up when I hit track. I have the newest version. I am using a interface Audio USB Box with a Piano Midi connected to the Interface. I am trying to record both at the same time, vocals and Piano, but I cant find "Enable Mulitrack Recording". HELP. I want to record both at ONCE 😟
