Q: Keychain Problem - Snow Leopard

I am unable to access a password on Keychain because access is restricted when I attempt to use my administrator password. I have deleted library permissions, restarted, and used Time Machine for an earlier version but no success. Any help is welcomed. Thanks.

Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Keychain Menu item.

Resetting your keychain in Mac OS X...

If Keychain First Aid finds an issue that it cannot repair, or if you do not know your keychain password, you may need to reset your keychain.

Unfortunabely both the verify and repair in the Keychain First Aid failed. If I reset the keychain, is everything lost? Most of my passwords will open properly, however the one I need has access denied.

I've never seen rest Keychain hurt anything here.
