Q: Voiceover on iphone 4

my daughter turned on the voiceover command and now we are unable to scroll down to turn it off. Any suggestions?

Triple click the home button and see if it allows you to turn it off. If not, and you have synced it with itunes, go to the summary screen and select configure accessibility. that will give you that option to turn it off.
