how do i transfer music and photos stored on one computer (work), which has one itunes account set up for it, to my personal computer (mac) and itunes account?

I wish to consolidate my current 2 itunes accounts (one is work based, which i access via my work windows laptop using my work email address, the other, my home personal itunes account using my own macbook pro, and my personal email address.

I have lots of music and photos stored on my work itunes account and wish to move them to my home itunes account and laptop.

Appreciate some advice.
