Brand new Windows 7 64bit computer Itunes wont run/freezes

I have went through all the fixes on the support, Itunes keeps freezing about a minute after startup of program. It runs fine in Itunes Safe Mode, there are no conflicting plugins, I tried running msconfig to troubleshoot for conflicts and could not find any. If I run Troubleshoot Combatabilty I keep getting that it is not compatable but no reasons are listed. I completely uninstalled all Apple software and reinstalled still having the same problems. Anyone have any suggestions?
